Re: Homelessness. If the city can lax some building rules and give us or lease us unusable land, i can get volunteers to build mini houses of 200 sq feet on cement bolted down . I will raise the money for building supplies n cement. The city would only have to provide a shower n restroom site that they clean once a week and water. Maybe in 2 to 3 separate locations. Everyone, even drugg addicts, should have a roof over their head. The saddest part is i see people in wheelchairs sleeping outside. Horrible. The city can make it a requirement to stay in one of these places that they have their cases reviewed to see if they qualify for any benefits..
